The world is moving towards a more responsible and cleaner food consumption. It is very important for us to be part of processes that help to significantly stop environmental and agricultural land damage.

That’s why we take care of every part of the process: we work together with organic farmers and producers to ensure sustainable production practices.

Recycling

We recycle 85% of our bottles

We use solar panels to obtain electricity

We treat agave bagasse to make compost and fertilize the soil for crops

Certifications

The commitments acquired by The Iidea Company have resulted in obtaining organic, social responsibility, and environmental certifications, among others.

These certifications ensure the presence of our products in more than 40 countries around
the world, including the United States, Germany, France, Brazil, and Japan.

USDA Organic

USDA Organic certification allows processing facilities to represent products as organic. Any business that handles food can be certified as organic, but must follow a list of regulations outlined by the USDA and WSDA. These regulations typically outline how food is grown, stored, processed, packaged, and shipped to consumers.

JAS

JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standards) are the Japanese national standards in the field of agriculture, forestry, fishery and food industry. JAS is established by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries.

MX BIO 169

The certification of organic products under the Mayacert Ecological Standard in equivalence with regulations (EC) 834/2007 and 889/2008 allows free movement throughout the European Common Market.

NATURLAND

With Naturland certification (accredited by ISO/IEL 17065), we ensure that our organic farming involves combining tradition with modern practices, adopting new approaches and ensuring global food security through our solutions.

Orgânico Brasil

Produto Organico Brasil is Brazil's official national organic product seal given by the Minist̩rio da Agricultura, Pecuaria e Abastecimento (MAPA), the country's ministry of agriculture, for products grown using organic agricultural standards.

Bio Suisse

Bio Suisse certification guarantees agriculture free of synthetic chemicals and genetically modified organisms. It also promotes practices that encourage biodiversity and environmental sustainability. This dedication has led Bio Suisse to be recognized as a world authority in the organic sector.

FSSC 22000

FSSC 22000 is a food safety system recognized by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative). It is a certification scheme made up of the ISO 22000, ISO/TS 22002-1:2009 standards and the additional requirements of the FSSC Foundation.

FSSC 22000

Food Safety Management System Certification, or as it is commonly known by its acronym in English FSSC 22000, represents a new approach to food safety risk management throughout the supply chain. It is a certification scheme for producers of food and packaging for human and animal consumption based on the ISO 22000 standard.

ANAB

ANAB is a non-governmental organization and a wholly-owned subsidiary of American National Standards Institute, Inc. (ANSI). GSCS International is Accredited by ANAB on ISO/IEC 17065, Textile Exchange to conduct certification on GRS, RCS, OCS, RDS & RAF, GOTS, & Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification.

BRC Food

BRC certification establishes that an organization has effective control over food safety and quality. This certification guarantees the safety and quality of food. It encourages food processors/food suppliers to include best practices to prepare healthy and safe food. This universally recognized certification helps improve customer confidence in your food processing system and food preparation process.

ISO 9001

ISO 9001 is defined as the internationally recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). It is the most widely used QMS standard in the world, with more than one million certificates issued to organizations in 178 countries.

ISO 45001

ISO 45001 is the international standard for occupational health and safety management systems, designed to protect workers and visitors from occupational accidents and diseases.

ISO 14001

ISO 14001 is the leading management systems standard that specifies the requirements for the formulation and maintenance of an EMS. It helps to control environmental aspects, reduce impact and ensure compliance with legislation.

Fairtrade Intl.

For a product to carry the Fairtrade Mark, it must come from FLOCert inspected and certified producer organizations. The crops must be marketed in accordance with the International Fairtrade standards set by Fairtrade International. The supply chain is also monitored by FLOCert.

SA 8000

SA8000 is the world's leading social certification standard for factories and organizations. The Social Accountability 8000 (SA8000) Standard was developed by Social Accountability International (SAI) to advance the human rights of workers in areas such as safe working conditions and fair treatment.

Halal

Our Halal certification guarantees that our solutions are made under the Halal Regulations for consumers who practice Islam, respecting the set of practices protected by the Koran: those that are permitted, healthy, ethical and beneficial for humans, animals and the protection of the environment.

Gluten Free

Products displaying a GFCP trademark have been manufactured in a facility which successfully undergoes a robust, non-biased, annual third party audit. This audit verifies the facility’s ability to routinely meet the stringent GFCP standard requirements for managing the production of gluten-free products.

Kosher

In accordance with Jewish standards, our Kosher PAREVE certification guarantees that our solutions are produced under a quality control system, making our products safe because they have been prepared responsibly.

Non-GMO

Our NON-GMO Project Verified certification guarantees that our solutions have not been genetically modified or manipulated, are organic and maintain all their natural qualities and benefits. This certification covers planting, processing, packaging and good manufacturing practices.
